About
I center creativity, compassion, love, and humor as essential elements of the therapeutic process. My practice is rooted in ecological and feminist frameworks, drawing from Expressive Arts, Trauma-Informed, Transpersonal, Mindfulness, and Somatic therapies.
Most of my experience has been working with youth and young adults, supporting them through a wide range of emotional, developmental, and identity-based challenges. I bring presence and curiosity to meet each person where they are, with deep respect for their lived experience.
I hold a B.A. in Politics and Italian from UC Santa Cruz and a Master’s in Social Work from Cal State East Bay. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years of experience, my work is grounded in values of equity, advocacy, and justice—principles that guide every part of my practice.
I’m also an artist, and I see creativity as a powerful tool for self-reflection, grounding, and transformation.
