Welcome
Everyone holds the innate capacity to heal, repair, and thrive. In times of stress or upheaval, therapy can offer a space to restore, to sustain, and to reorient. It can help us steward our inner ecology, uncover pockets of joy, find closure, and shape what comes next.
Together, we’ll cultivate a process that honors you and the communities you move through. Your relationships—with yourself and with others—are living, evolving processes of discovery. In our work, I welcome all parts of your experience. Nothing is too much or too little to bring into the room.
Creative Process Counseling
I specialize in working with artists and creatives. Being an artist can bring a higher sensitivity to the world, which comes with navigating rough waters. We can explore how creativity can be used engage unique parts of self, sit with uncertainty, and cope with life’s challenges.
Ecological Therapy Approach
An ecological approach honors the interconnectedness of all beings and how we are impacted by our social and natural landscapes. What healing comes from honoring the importance of these webs? How can we practice being in right relationship to land?
Identity & Adjustment
Adjusting to life’s changes can make us feel confused and uncertain, lost or alone. We can work together to unpack how transitions are impacting your life. I work with people around grief, loss, marriage, sexuality and gender identity, and new parenthood.
Healing-Informed Care
Oppression impacts our emotional health. Healing-informed care investigates how trans-generational and historical trauma affect your present reality. We will use your cultural and ancestral stories to shape your innate capacity to heal and cope.
Therapy for teens
I support teens as they navigate challenging times. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and grounded in meeting you where you are. That might mean building tools to manage anxiety or major life transitions, or simply making space to sit with difficult emotions.
I hold deep respect for your innate capacity to heal, grow, and make meaning—on your own terms. My experience includes working with young people from diverse backgrounds, across a range of settings, around queer identities, learning differences, nontraditional ways of being, school disengagement, and relationship challenges.
Therapy for emerging adults
You already carry the components needed to build resilience, strength, and confidence—but in hard times, they can be difficult to access. I support young adults navigating grief and loss, anxiety, gender identity and sexual orientation, burnout, and compassion fatigue.
Being an adult in this tumultuous time is no small task. I see mentorship as a powerful tool during this stage of life, and I hold a deep awareness of the societal forces that shape how we take up space, speak our truths, and love one another.
It’s a privilege to support you in uncovering your unique path to healing and wholeness.
“Compassion is not a relationship between the healer and the wounded. It’s a relationship between equals. Only when we know our own darkness well can we be present with the darkness of others. Compassion becomes real when we recognize our shared humanity.”
— Pema Chodron
